Beltless Squat 345x5reps w/ @teamjoined knee sleeves.
受左一排傷患困擾,狀態終於番左黎,好開心🙂
平時用開比賽級既SBD knee sleeves,會較緊同提供較高既保護性同保溫效果。今次用Joined既knee sleeves一樣得,雖然無SBD咁緊,但係都做到對膝頭提供基本支援同保護,入門級護膝黎講真係唔錯👌🏽
如果大家真係有興趣提高自己Squat既表演,除左技術同訓練方法外,工具亦都好重要。首先係Squat shoes, 其次係knee sleeves, 最後係Belt。
